By using this website or making a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars.

Substitution

We may substitute unavailable products with items of equal value without waiting for customer confirmation to avoid delays. Flower supply is affected by seasonal factors, so specific varieties or colours may be unavailable or not meet quality standards. Substitutions may be required to complete your order.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order, you'll receive a refund to your credit card minus a $5 administration fee. Refunds are not available on the day your order is booked for delivery, as it has already been processed.

Deliveries

If your order is not delivered, contact us within 24 hours so we can investigate. If you provide an incorrect address, we can arrange redelivery at your expense. We are not liable if the recipient is absent at delivery time; please coordinate a suitable date and time. If the recipient is not present, we'll leave the order in the safest possible place unless access is blocked—then, the flowers will return to our store, and a second delivery fee will apply for re-delivery.

Privacy

We do not collect personal information like your name, address, or email without your consent. This data is only gathered if you knowingly provide it (such as by emailing us) and is used solely for its intended purpose.

When you place an order, we request personal details to process your transaction. This information is kept confidential and shared only with payment processors like Visa or Mastercard to complete your order.

Returns Policy

Non-floral Items - Bridgets Flowers is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied goods may be exchanged for another product to the same value. Higher value gifts may be substituted with payment of the difference. Please contact us within 3 days to discuss the easiest way to return the product. Returned goods must be unused.

Floral Gifts – As flowers are perishable they cannot be exchanged or refunded however, we stand by our flowers/service and will do our best to provide a solution. If you are not satisfied with flowers provided contact us within 2 days to discuss your concerns.
